Learning is FUN!
September and November we find ourselves attending two events, one conference in KL and a Fair in KK, learning all about new methods and techniques in the world of training. Exposed to dynamic speakers from large organisations like PSMB, Huawei, University Malaysia, UMS, SEDIA and sharing of experiences from training providers like Leadernomics, Scentia just to name a few.
New tools of the trade to appeal to the millennials such as digital learning, gamification and of course measuring learning outcomes. Another key area learnt was on how to digitally market ourselves as training providers/business owners. The words Networking and Collaboration reoccured several times through these two events.
All I can say is, you got to invest first in order to see the rewards, and boy oh boy have we invested to turn this dream into our reality!
