HR Conference HRDF

What away to wrap up an exciting year for us, we are in KL for the 2016 HR conference organised by the Human Resources Development Council which was held at KLCC. Great Conference - Leading, Engaging and Reinventing was this year's theme. An awesome line up of HR specialists from the UK, US, India and of course Malaysia. In the exhibition hall with over 100 training providers and HR business partners, two days were just not enough.

Hope this will make a positive impact and difference to all who attended. Shedding light that HR team members plays such an important role within an organisation. As a key stakeholder, HR can work towards having a leaner staffing level on the basis that sufficient budgets are being allocated and made available to ensure the framework of people development is continuous for future business and people growth of the organisation.

It was also lovely to see familiar faces from Kota Kinabalu who came for this conference as well. It shows business owners are supportive in developing their employees.

Looking forward to 2017 Conference , where we aim to be also exhibiting our company and the training services we have to offer as well!
